Operators write entries against equipment tags during the shift, Operator I reviews and signs, and the incoming shift signs that it received the handover. Open items carry forward, routines come due on their own, isolations and overrides are registered as the procedure says, and the Operator Report is generated from the log.

What the system does
Each card is a screen you will use. The label shows where it lives in the menu.
During the shift
Written once, against a tag, on the shift that is live.
Shift log
Today's shift comes from the rotation and your crew. Eight entry types — Note, Reading, Status, Maintenance, Well, Safety, Incident, Handover — each timed, named and tagged; a reading is taken against the tag's own point and lands in its history.
Log sheet
The paper sheet's own fields: status per tag, Circ. and heater hours, samples, levels, pressures. Pre-filled from the last shift; what you change is saved as a reading.
Open items
Follow-ups carry forward on their own until someone closes them, and every change is itself a log entry.
Process safety
The three KOC procedures as registers: mechanical isolations, safety overrides — the approval chain worked out from the duration — and clamps with their three-month clock. Every step lands on the log.
Maintenance
Raised against a tag of the register or as free text, and the form says how many requests are already open on that equipment.
Routines
The shiftwise duties: every shift, daily, weekly or monthly, for one crew or all four. Each comes due on the right shift, the result is a log entry, and a failure tells the Controller at once.
Tasks
The Supervisor sets them; whoever actually did the job closes it, and the record names who did what.
Equipment
Every tag by area and group — duty or standby, status, readings, history. Taking a standby unit to duty writes the status entry and moves the register with it. Wells are tags too.
At the end of the shift
Two signatures on the same log replace the handover sheet and the WhatsApp thread.
Review and sign
Operator I accepts, edits or rejects each entry, then signs. The signature covers everything up to that moment; a later entry reopens the log for another.
Receive handover
In the last hour the incoming Operator I reads the live log and signs that it was received — no separate handover sheet.
Operator Report
The shift downloads as the real GC-06 Excel form, filled from the log and marked DRAFT until it is signed.
Reminders
Before the shift ends, at the end, and again until it is signed; the Controller is told 2 hours later. In-app and by email, each sent once.
Across shifts
Signed content is the record of the gathering center, open to every crew.
Log search
Every signed entry of every shift by date, tag, type or a word in the text — newest first, CSV out. The answer to “which sheet was that on”.
My archive
Everything you wrote, by period, visible to you alone. CSV or Save as PDF.
The schedule runs itself
The pattern is fixed and the shifts are generated two months ahead. What moves is the crew: join or leave a shift team and your coming shifts follow.
What needs me now
The Supervisor's first screen: logs that ended unsigned and people waiting to join, each with how long it has waited and a link to the screen that settles it.

Rules the system enforces
Enforced in the database, not only on the screen — the same on every account and every device.
A signature is a version, not a lock
Signing covers the entries up to that moment. A later entry reopens the log for another signature; nothing is ever stuck.
An entry is yours until it is signed
Its author can still correct or delete it while the log is unsigned. After the signature a correction is a new entry pointing at the original, which stays.
Only the owner acknowledges
Operator I reviews every entry of the crew, and the log cannot be signed while one is still pending.
Live content stays with the shift
Unsigned entries are for the crew, the Controller and the incoming shift in the last hour. Signed content is visible to all.
Registers change only from duty
Equipment status, open items and the safety registers are written by someone on a live shift, the Controller or an administrator.
Every register change is a log entry
The entry is written first; the item, routine, isolation or status moves only if the entry was accepted.
